Jan Kieszczyński joins SWPS Workshop as Arbitrator

We are pleased to share that Jan Kieszczyński, partner at Ligit, recently participated in an Arbitration Workshop with a mock hearing, organised by AFM below 40 and the SWPS Moot Court Society for students at Uniwersytet SWPS University.

The workshop offered a hands-on opportunity to explore the arbitration process in practice. Jan Kieszczyński acted as one of the arbitrators, guiding participants through the final stage of the proceedings, explaining the structure of the arbitral award and sharing his experience in this area.

It was a pleasure to share this workshop with fellow experts, Kamil Kozłowski and dr Grzegorz Goniewicz, who covered earlier stages of the process.
